By purchasing any item(s) from Visionary Cycles or conducting business transactions with Visionary Cycles, visionarycycles.com, you fully acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions, and refund and return policy of, Visionary Cycles.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

All purchasing customers: all prices listed on Visionary Cycles' website and Visionary Cycles' product availability are subject to change without notice. Visionary Cycles is not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors. Availability and price changes can occur at any time and are based in part on the availability from suppliers. Visionary Cycles reserves the right to adjust and change prices at any time due to price increases incurred to Visionary Cycles, or any typographical/website pricing errors. Every effort is and will be made to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our website. Any item(s) that is/are no longer available will be fully refunded immediately. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Visionary Cycles shall maintain the right to refund or cancel the order/orders placed at the incorrect price. An agreed upon invoice (additional monies owed due to price increase) between Visionary Cycles (seller) and the purchasing buyer may be mutually agreed upon as a resolution to the aforementioned price increase. 

• We reserve the right to disable any user accounts, at the discretion of Visionary Cycles.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at the discretion of Visionary Cycles.

International Shipping:   Shipping for special orders (2-3 week estimation to Visionary Cycles) is a solid/fairly accurate estimate, an approximation. Shipping to final destination, the purchasing customer's door step, can be typically be up to a month/month+ (4-5 weeks). This is relatively normal for International Shipping. We are not held responsible for items arriving outside (later) than this given estimation window. Arrival dates are subject to revision at any time, and are not guaranteed or promised, due to reasons beyond Visionary Cycles' control. Should there be any significant delay, which would result in a cancellation of the special order item NO LONGER AVAILABLE due to reasons beyond Visionary Cycles' control, it will be communicated to the buyer/purchaser and item(s) purchase price to be fully refunded to the customer. A shipping delay (either Internationally shipped to Visionary Cycles, or Domestically shipped from Visionary Cycles to the purchasing customer) is beyond our control, and beyond our control does not constitute an item being 'no longer available.'

• Visionary Cycles is not responsible for any website-related or internet-related delays that would further delay the order processing and/or fulfilling of purchases made on Visionary Cycles' website, visionarycycles.com. We will make every effort to promptly communicate any such delays to any pending orders/actions/shipping, to the customer.

• CA Sales Tax to be applied to any California purchasers/purchases, at the current CA sales tax rate.

• As a purchaser, you agree to submit payment through our current selected (and available) secure payment platform, GoDaddy Payments (Accepts all major credit and debits cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paze wallet)
