What is in-stock at Visionary Cycles USA warehouse and what ships from Europe? All items listed on the website are in stock, ready to ship from our USA warehouse. All items that are on backorder, out-of-stock, special orders, or in-transit items will be noted as such.
Do you offer free USA shipping? Yes, for KEDO parts, once your order reaches $100 we offer FREE shipping at checkout. For Yakk EXP and Carbon Fox parts orders, there is FREE shipping once a $200 order is reached. You would then select the appropriate option at payment checkout.
How long until parts arrive from Germany/Poland to your warehouse once special order placed, or order placed due to regularly-stocked items being out of stock?

If I am interested in items from KEDO/Yakk EXP/Carbon Fox but you don't show them as being in stock, (or listed) how may I order? You may click on and order the backordered item if the particular item gives that option. Upon receipt of payment we will arrange your items, to arrive by timeframes given above.
