Visionary Cycles is not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors. Availability and price changes can occur at any time and are based in part on the availability from suppliers. International Shipping: Shipping for special orders (2-3 week estimation to Visionary Cycles) is a solid/fairly accurate estimate, an approximation. Shipping to final destination, the purchasing customer's door step, can be typically be up to a month/month+ (4-5 weeks). This is relatively normal for International Shipping. We are not held responsible for items arriving outside (later) than this given estimation window. Arrival dates are subject to revision at any time, and are not guaranteed or promised, due to reasons beyond Visionary Cycles' control. Should there be any significant delay, which would result in a cancellation of the special order item NO LONGER AVAILABLE due to reasons beyond Visionary Cycles' control, it will be communicated to the buyer/purchaser and item(s) purchase price to be fully refunded to the customer. A shipping delay (either Internationally shipped to Visionary Cycles, or Domestically shipped from Visionary Cycles to the purchasing customer) is beyond our control, and beyond our control does not constitute an item being 'no longer available.'

—14 day return policy on items unopened and unused, in NEW original condition and original packaging.
—Only regularly in-stock items (not a special order) will be considered for a return. Regular in-stock is defined as an item purchased off of website that wasn't otherwise a special order, and is/was IN STOCK (Special order Item # is not listed on site regularly, or is denoted as a 'special order')
—25% restocking fee on any returns.
—NO RETURNS on any Electrical items, or any items related to ignition (spark plugs, coils, points, capacitors, anything with a wire attached, or conducting energy, conducting energy through a wire/wires, etc. for example). NO exceptions.
—Buyer shall be responsible for 100% of costs associated with returns shipping. Only the amount of item (and tax associated, if applied to purchase, paid by customer) minus the 25% restocking fee, will be refunded upon physical arrival of returned goods to Visionary Cycles.

—Customer agrees that any order placed on any non-stocked item (special order) is non-refundable. NO exceptions.
