The knurled surface ensures reliable grip, even in wet conditions. Assembly: Plug and Play. Quick and easy. First, remove the original rubber from your kickstarter. Now position the kickstarter sleeve so that the rear recess engages in the arm of the kickstarter. Finally, carefully tighten the three lower clamping screws. We recommend using medium-strength screw glue with installation of set screws.. Note: Due to the naturally irregular casting of the kickstarter arm from the factory, it is sometimes necessary to file off small bumps in the front kickstarter part in order to fit the sleeve nicely.
